The Apostles' Creed is a Christian prayer that summarizes the beliefs of the church and its members.

The Apostles' Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth.  I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary.  He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.

He descended to the dead.  On the third day He rose again.  He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father, He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the Communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

The Lord's Prayer / The Our Father is a Christian prayer that is said to have been taught by Jesus to his disciples.

The prayer is made up of two parts:-

- The first part focuses on God's purposes in the world.

- The second part addresses concerns in daily life.

The Lord's Prayer

Our Father in heaven, holy be Your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us today our daily bread.  Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.  Do not bring us to the test but deliver us from evil.  Amen

The Hail Holy Queen Prayer  also known as Salve Regina  is a prayer that is often said at the end of the Rosary after completing five mysteries.  It is a greeting of petition and intercession.  This prayer is prayed at the conclusion of the rosary.  It is also traditionally sung after night prayer, before going to bed.  The prayer lines are as follows :-

Hail, Holy Queen , mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope.  To you we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to you we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.  Turn, then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy towards us; and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus.  O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
